The secession of Montenegro from the Serbian rump reminds me of a joke from the first round of Balkan wars: Q: What are they going to call the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 2020? A: Belgrade. People used to laugh at that one. Now maybe they aren't laughing so hard.
